Quote requests

Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a transport or trading contract. We will respond with a formal quotation subject to availability, compliance checks, and agreed Incoterms.

Promotions

Any first-shipment discount or promotional offer mentioned on the Site applies only where explicitly confirmed in our written quotation and may be subject to eligibility criteria.

Intellectual property

Text, design, logos, and images on the Site are owned by or licensed to VI TRADE AND LOGISTICS FZE. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on Site content, temporary unavailability, or third-party links. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
